Year 3 is an exciting year – the first year in KS2 and lots of new experiences and challenges. We learn about lots of new topics, including: Ancient Egypt in history; The Amazon Rainforest in geography; and Rocks and Soils in science. We develop our independence in choosing our own reading books and aim to become fluent, confident readers.
P.E days are Tuesday and Friday, so children should come to school wearing the correct P.E kit on these days. Homework and reading books will be sent out on Fridays and should be completed by the following Thursday.
